Alice is Nasim Bakhash's assistant who helped her facilitate revenge fantasies for her clients.
Background[]
Alice worked convention circuits as a brand ambassador, standing next to supercars all day in heels and short shorts, answering questions and pushing products. One day, Nasim, A.K.A. The Djinn, found her through an agency she worked with and hired her to work for her selling revenge fantasies. In the beginning, Nasim scripted every word Alice said but eventually Nasim let her do all the talking herself after she displayed a natural talent knowing what people desired. Alice eventually became the face of the operation while Nasim ran the business and took most of the profits.

Alice is seen helping set Gerald up so he can dissect a man alive and eat his organs as revenge for his drugs killing his son. After Nasim got enough money, Alice helped Nasim fulfill her own revenge fantasy by kidnapping her father and leaving her to torture him as she sees fit. Elizabeth Keen reached out to Alice through their website to hire her and draw out the Djinn. Alice called Elizabeth and gave her instructions to meet in Astoria Park to shake any shadows she has and met her to discuss her fantasy. Elizabeth tells Alice she wants revenge on the people that framed her, but Alice deduces she actually looking for answers to another life she had. Alice declines to help Elizabeth when she doesn't respond and sends her back to Astoria Park.
Alice is then confronted by Elizabeth and Raymond Reddington in her house, who figures out Alice isn't the real Djinn. After Alice tells Reddington about how she came to work for the Djinn, Reddington offers to help her set up her own business selling people their fantasies, not just ones based on revenge, and even has her first client set up. Alice accepts the deal and gives them Nasim's name, history and current location. Alice then arrives by helicopter to pick all 3 up but only Reddington and Elizabeth board after Elizabeth refuses to let Nasim on board.
