Unanswered Questions[]

  1. Raymond Reddington
    1. How many clients and/or allies is Red at risk of losing?
    2. Carlo Androssani’s opposition is a symbol of Red’s others clients abandoning him in a crisis.
    3. Red seems to be losing his ability to focus. His court testimony moved between arrogance and the relevant.
    4. Red's blacklisters have been focused on himself, not on the nation-state. This parallels his decline after his arrest.
  2. Alter Ego
    1. Is the will legal? The Alter Ego conspirators counterfeited the extended family connections.
      1. A: Yes, but only Timothy is entitled to the money. When he dies it transfers to his heir, which the conspirators were counting on since 1 of them was pregnant with Timothy's child.
  3. Harris Van Ness
    1. Why did the police declare the murder an accident?
      1. A: It looked like a gas oven explosion.
    2. Why did the murderers clean the kitchen of fingerprints? They were wearing gloves.
      1. A: Protocol. You never know if there's a stray fingerprint that may have been missed or survived.
    3. What was the poison used for the murders?
    4. Why did the murderers use poison?
      1. A: Likely to make it untraceable in the fire.
    5. What type of faction is considering abandoning Red? Since Van Ness’s son, Timothy Peterson, could vote in his place, it is unlikely to be a criminal organization.
      1. A: Unlikely. Van Ness was clearly with Reddington and knew about his associates.
    6. Why was the murder so dramatically staged?
      1. A: To make it look like the victims were having dinner when the oven had a leak and the natural gas ignited triggering an explosive fire.
  4. Elizabeth Keen
    1. Will Keen attempt to destroy the police recording?
  5. Samar Navabi
    1. Why is Samar unwilling to tell Aram Mojtabai of her possible aphasia?
      1. A: Samar is a proud person. She doesn't like showing weakness to anyone.
  6. Donald Ressler
    1. Why did Ressler decide to use Alter Ego?
      1. A: He needed someone to pose as his date to his cousin's wedding.
  7. Michael Sima
    1. Sima seems more concerned with his career than justice. Roberta Wilkins told him to avoid moving so fast.
      1. A: Sima reflects more of Martin Wilcox where he is very driven in his pursuit of justice and believes Reddington to be pure evil and will stop at nothing to make sure he gets the death penalty.
