Background[]
A former child from a poor family in Brazil, Anna-Gracia Duerte was raped by an American business man several decades older than her and was then forced to marry her rapist and move in with him to the United States. Eventually, though, Anna-Gracia killed her husband and disappeared soon afterwards. She became a vigilante assassin that would look out for other child brides like herself and offer to kill their much older husbands and set them free. As payment for her services, Anna demanded from her clients to give Anna the name and contact of another child bride that needed her services.
