Background[]
BJ Powell is a FBI agent and technician expert in computer systems, hacking and programming. He was once Aram´s mentor when he first joined law enforcement and according to Aram, was very harsh and blunt teacher that always spoke his mind. Eventually, working alongside undercover FBI agent William Myers, Powell designed and created the Arcane Wireless, a completely untraceable cellphone network intended for the criminal underworld that unknown to the criminals recorded every call they made through the Arcane cellphones and sent the audio to the FBI database, allowing the Bureau to build strong cases against several major players in the black market, including the Lyon Crime Syndicate and the MacFarlane Biker Gang. However the ultimate target of the Arcane Wireless was none other than Raymond Reddington himself.
