Bobby Jonica is a former FBI agent who participated with Donald Ressler in the arrest of crime lord Mako Tanida. During the chase, Bobby killed Mako's brother, Aiko Tanida, and covered his death to use his identity to control the Tanida syndicate under his alias “Tensei” (Japanese for “the reborn”).
