Abrams scouted out the hotel where Floriana Campo was going to host a party for the Freelancer.
While doing reconnaissance, he discovered that Elsie and Abigail Clark were covering up the murder of Benito Mora. He used the opportunity to leverage an opening for the Freelancer. He would dispose of the body in exchange for the Freelancer to dress up as a waiter. Abrams took the body and placed it on a train that the Freelancer was going to derail in order to cover up the murder.
Abrams was later arrested by the FBI.
