Clark Peters is a character in “The Blacklist: Conspiracy”.

He was stationed in Berlin just after the fall of the Berlin Wall in the early '90s.

In 2006 he was caught attempting to infiltrate the Russian embassy. Once he was exposed, the United States government denied their involvement. According to official records, he was executed as a spy in March of 2007.

After his supposed execution, he became the Harbinger of Sin. As the Harbinger of Sin, he targeted members of the military or other government employees. His MO is using go-betweens, with whom he creates false crisis to lure targets to locations where he can kill them unseen. He usually justified the killings as giving his victims what they deserve. He also painted a Watching Eye symbol from the blood of his victims as a calling card.

Due to his criminal activities, he has been hunted by the FBI, CIA, Homeland Security, KSK, and Raymond Reddington.

He served with Nathan Whitmoor during the Salvadorian Civil War.

The Harbinger of SinEdit

Once Peters was caught, he confessed that he had been hired by the Wraith to kill Emma Torres. Peters claimed that Torres was a double agent and that she was the one who informed the Russians that he was a spy.
