Background[]
The Commissioner commands a black market enterprise composed of highly trained operatives with former espionage or military backgrounds that he would provide to criminals to serve as their doppelgangers. His agents, known as cyranoids, would pose as doubles for their clients at highly dangerous situations so that the real criminal would remain safe and secure, all while also working as the client's eyes and ears, through which the original criminal could make contact and engage in normal business conversations, using the cyranoids as an avatar of sorts. While on their missions, the Commissioner's cyranoids would perform any task the clients commanded them to do, including deep cover infiltrations and assassinations.
