Background[]
Eleanor Russo was a renowed psychiatrist and therapist that had a well regarded practice office in Philadelphia. That all changed, however when her son Dante got involved with the wrong crowd and eventually became entangled with the decaying Decanio crime family. In order to protect her son, Eleanor made a deal with crime lord Vito Decanio and joined his organization as its personal psychiatrist and psychologist so she could keep an eye on Dante and make sure he was not being involved in any dangerous operations. Under the alias of Dr. Roberta Sand, Eleanor was pivotal for the Decanio crime family´s ressurgence to dominance within the criminal underworld, helping to solve internal crises and assisting Decanio´s men in gaining confidence and tranquility to complete their assignments, maximizing their efficiency in action.
