Background[]
Francesca Campbell is a former combat medic who at some point started working for Louis T. Steinhil. She was the nurse tasked with administering Reddington his paralytic medications when he was conned in Paris. After she was the main reason why Katarina Rostova's plan was exposed, she is blackmailed by her into supposedly saving Reddington, so that he will lead her to Dominic Wilkinson. Shortly before she betrays Reddington, she has a change of heart and decides to join him. Her decision to save him instead of betray him makes Reddington wonder whether or not she can be a valuable asset to his team. He puts her to a test when he deepfakes a message from Katarina, testing her loyalty. The deepfake Katarina tasks her with delivering Reddington to her so that she can kill him, now that she has gained his trust.
Francesca once again decides to switch sides and betray Reddington. After a brutal fight with Alina Park, she is left almost incapacitated and then shot by Raymond Reddington.
