A blacklist case forces Liz to choose sides between Red and the Task Force. Meanwhile, Red tries to calm a panicked Ilya Koslov, who believes he is under surveillance.

- None of the Post Office task force members had/have the moral authority to judge others. They commit crimes and ignore the law whenever their personal self-interest is threatened by another. Red sells weaponry to others.

- Why did Kemp continue to sell the FineCal9 despite all the shootings? At some point the negative publicity outranks the profit margins.
- Raymond Reddington
- Red accomplished nothing, the Fine Caliber Arms International and Judson Firearms Company will continue to sell the FineCal9 without Gordon Kemp.
- Red’s jacking of the 6,000 FineCal9s would not have accomplished anything. Kemp would have filed for the insurance and ordered 6,000 more.
- Red is taking increased risks as Keen is seeking his identity and more people can recognize him on sight.
- Red‘s reason for the case is similiar to “The Invisible Hand”. The low cost firearm company cannot be held legally accountable.
