Background
Howard Bishop was a goverment official and political aide that used his position in several goverment agencies to steal classified information and sell it in the black market under the identity of The Informant. In the past, he held positions in the Department of State, Department of Treasury, and the FDA, and leaked sensitive information from all those insitutions.
