Dr. Jonathan Nikkila was an etomologist and chemist that used to work for a bio-tech company. Nikkila developed a powerful pesticide called Hexapene, which was supposed to be used after natural disasters, where insect activity increased to dangerous levels. However, Nikkila learned out that the executives intended to sell Hexapene everywhere. Jonathan left the company and became an eco-terrorist. He started to wage biological warfare against everyone involved in Hexapene's approval process to the open market, using weaponized beetles to kill his victims. Because of his particular brand of bioterrorism, Jonathan became known in the black market as General Shiro, after a Japanese war criminal that used disease infected bugs to kill tens of thousands of Chinese during World War 2.
