Background[]
The Kings of the Highway (KOTH for short) was a criminal gang situated in West Virginia. Led by a man known as Cash, they made their living on motorists who happened to be passing through the area. The gang would hold them captive, rob them of any cash and valuables they were carrying, empty their ATM accounts, and max out their credit cards before setting them free, pennyless.
