Milian attempts to assassinate the First Lady under the guise of a Presidential assassination attempt, but he fails to kill her after being surprised by Donald Ressler and Elizabeth Keen. Later, he leads an assassination attempt on the Task Force who are supposed to ”be killed trying to escape”. However, Reddington and his men ambush the convoy, leading to a firefight between Milian, his men and the agents. After Milian blows up the transport van in a failed attempt to kill the agents, Ressler shoots him dead.
