Nicholas Obenrader is a criminal consultant and manager that assists criminal organizations to improve their operations and increase their profits by applying business management principles and tactics to those organizations. His name is an alias, no one seems to know what his actual identity is. In the past, Obenrader was pivotal in helping several crime syndicates that found themselves in crisis. In 2009, Obenrader helped the Yakuza deal with a fall to their profits caused by the Great Recession by rerouting laundered assets through tax havens such as Ireland. In 2012, after Brazil's 2 largest gangs merged, Obenrader oversaw the downsizing that occurred after the merger. In 2018, following the assassination of the head of Le Milieu that left a power vacuum in the organization, Nicholas served Le Milieu as headhunter to refill the position.
