Background[]
Paula Carter is the mother of Glen Carter, Raymond Reddington's former tracer. Following Glenn's death, Paula found out about his business with Reddington from a manuscript that Glen was writing about his misadventures with criminal mastermind Raymond Reddington. Reddington learned that Paula was actually just as good as her son to track down people. Because of that, Red brought Paula into his organization and made her his new tracer.
