Background[]
Philomena was a bounty hunter that was notorious for her unique methods of operation. Instead of resorting to violence to capture her targets, Philomena would study them for weeks and even months. When she was ready, Philomena would enter her targets life, getting close to them and even becoming their friend, so her marks would not suspect anything. In the past, Philomena was hired by a congressman to compromise a tennis instructor that was having an affair with the congressman's wife.
