Background[]
Rogelio is an associate of Raymond Reddington who runs a network of illegal immigrants and low income Latino workers that extends throughout the entire city, which he sometimes uses to help Reddington locate certain people. He has a cousin Carlos who is always getting deported, only for Red to keep bringing him back into the country as a favor for Rogelio.

Reddington comes to him showing him a photo asking him to be found, he take a photo and share it with all his people in the hotel, motel business. Reddington ask about tony, he tell him he been deported Reddington offer to help him get back in the us.

Reddington comes to see him to find the missing family but he unhappy with him as he fired his niece. Reddington apologizes and he agrees to look for them, once he found them he refuse to hand the infoamtion over to him till he apologizes his niece in person.

His team finds Alban Veseli aka the The Freelance, he find him in a youth hostel and pass the information onto Reddington, later on he finds out the information was leak to him by Elizabeth. Reddington ask about Carlos and tell him he been deported again and tunnel closed. Reddington replies well yes but i still have the submarine to get him back here.

”Laszlo Jankowics”[]
His team must find Wallace Averly but while he waits for him to be located. Reddington helps him with his civic interview which must take place in 2 hours time. As he has applied to become an American citizen and after 20 years in the country he hopes to finally be naturalized.
