- Fulton’s analysis of Keen is similiar to her situation in “The Deer Hunter”.
- Why was Keen unable to get a court order for the FBI files?

- Why did the FBI van engine stop?
- A: In the next episode, a member of a forensic investigation team assigned to the vehicle after the incident explains to Elizabeth Keen and Aram Mojtabai that the team found an electronic device wired into the van that allowed wireless remote access into the vehicle's internal functions, including its engine which allowed the engine to be stalled.
- What was the significance of the heterochromia iridum?
- A: Heterochromia is a rare trait in humans, estimated at 0.1-0.5 percent prevalence, therefore it is a clue to identify the man.
