"The Concierge of Crime" is the first chapter in “The Blacklist: Conspiracy”.

An FBI agent that has been investigating The Invisible Hand for 4 years finally gets a lead from one of the most wanted men in the world, Raymond Reddington.

Reddington informs the agent that the Invisible Hand is planning to bring down a plane containing covert agents. The agent searches the airport to find the device that would cause the plane to crash. The agent finds a hand print, which Reddington has the agent analyze. The hand print comes back as belonging to Victor Ostby, a communications expert. Reddington uses the agent's phone to call in a tip to the FBI of where Ostby is located.

The agent is contacted by Harold Cooper and is transferred to the Post Office task force. Reddington then calls and has the agent meet with Newton Phillips. Newton then quizzes the agent before asking for an FBI file about the Invisible Hand. The agent then decides whether or not to give the file to Cooper or Reddington.
