   1. Will Red be able to send new clients to Hermann’s bank?
      1. A: He's rebuilding his empire, so it's likely he will since he's good about honoring his promises.
   2. Hermann’s banking minimum is 9 figures, which translates to 100,000,000 dollars (123,456,789).
   3. Hermann knew that Red’s syndicate had been damaged. How widespread and/or accurate are the rumors?
      1. A: Given the damage that was done by Kathryn Nemec to Red's syndicate, it is widespread.
   4. Was Red telling the truth about meeting with 3 other banks before Hermann? He said Hermann was the “fourth bank” he visited.
      1. A: He could have been, but it is also a clever tactic to assume differently.
   5. Why did Red know that Isaacson would sell information in exchange for a tattoo from Sogi-san?
      1. A: He appealed to her love of underground art, she did not care about money, but having a tattoo done by a famous underground artist was priceless to her.
   6. How did Red locate Hatley's files before the FBI?
   7. Did Red have a plan to stop Howard Ray Bishop if Ressler had failed?
      1. A: He's clearly kept a close watch on him and Ressler, so it's likely he had a contingency plan in place.
   8. Was Red talking about Brimley when he mentioned his friend who knew how to get answers?
      1. A: Yes.
2. Mitchell Hatley
   1. Did Hatley kill Jasmine Perez to frame Donald Ressler?
      1. A: It is more likely that he just wanted to keep her from confessing and saw an opportunity to keep Ressler under control at the same time.
   2. How many of Hatley’s clients will be arrested?
      1. A: Probably any and/or all the FBI are able to locate.
   3. Why did Hatley attempt to escape? He had the influence to blackmail others into wrecking the case.
      1. A: It is likely that Mitchell knew the Ressler would have made sure he would not have been able to bribe and/or blackmail anyone to get off.
      2. A: Cooper stated the Hatley was likely killed by a client that wanted to avoid exposure.
3. Ian Garvey
   1. Why is Garvey worried about Keen? He has the skeleton.
      1. A: He is pretending to be worried and is aware that Keen will look for him. When the time comes, he will likely kidnap her and use both Liz and the skeleton as leverage against Red.
4. Donald Ressler
   1. Why did Ressler arrest Hatley at the football game?
      1. A: To publicly expose him and destroy his anonymity cover.
5. Samar Navabi
   1. Samar repeats her belief that felonies are romantic. The felony is a symbol of romance.
6. Harold Cooper
   1. What is Cooper’s confession?
      1. A: Possibly either his lie to the inquiry regarding Elizabeth's cover-up when she kidnapped Tom on the abandoned freighter or that he beat a confession from Rifkin from "The Judge".
   2. Why did Cooper reject Ressler's letter of resignation? Ressler made it clear that he's done a lot of terrible things on it.
      1. A: Cooper needs Ressler for the task force. After the Blacklist is completed, the confession will be sent to the prosecutor.
   3. Will the confessions be accepted? Cooper's FBI superiors have alternated between whitewashing, strict accountability, and politically expedient witch-hunts.
   4. Why was Cooper dismayed that Hatley would not be put on trial?
      1. A: Cooper, like Ressler, values the justice system and believes that he should answer for crimes in a court of law.
7. Did Sonia Fisher commit suicide?
   1. A: Yes, out of guilt for what she did in hiring Mitchell Hatley to whitewash an assault and rape.
   2. Q: Then why did she scream?
   3. A: The woman on the street screamed, at the sight of the corpse.
8. What killed Robert Navarro?
   1. A: A shard of glass from the table he crashed into.
