"The Silent Partner" is the seventh chapter in “The Blacklist: Conspiracy”.
Synopsis
After a veteran blows himself up in a traffic tunnel,the FBI are called in to investigate. While it is believed to be a suicide bombing, Reddington recognizes it as the work of the Silent Partner.
