   1. What happened to the man that Red found and threatened in his bed?
      1. A: He is alive as shown in “Robert Diaz”.
   2. How would Whitmore have justified sending in the National Guard for a hostage rescue?
      1. A: It was a threat to motivate Cooper.
   3. Will Red’s antiques dealer, Marie Mortel, get the rack as payment?
      1. A: It will likely have been put into evidence. Reddington could arrange for obtaining it at an evidence auction. Since Marie required the rack, Red will follow through to maintain positive relations with her.
   4. What happened to the money that the victims paid?
      1. A: The money was transferred to the man Reddington threatened in the latter's bed who sent it along. Based on Milian Sandquist's reaction to the case it might have been intended to help in the cover-up from the scheme they are planning.
2. Donald Ressler
   1. Why did Ressler enter the building with the Hostage Rescue Team (HRT)?
      1. A: He wanted to make an arrest.
      2. A: Ressler and the other agents of the task force usually accompany HRT and SWAT in their breaches.
3. Anna McMahon
   1. Did Anna chose the Third Estate at random when deciding on a decoy file?
      1. A: Anna saw an opportunity to put the Third Estate on the FBI's radar so it would be easier to frame them later on.
   2. What is Anna's scheme against the United States?
      1. A: As later revealed in "Anna McMahon" and "Robert Diaz" they were scheming to kill the wife of President Robert Diaz, so that he would gain sympathy votes and because Miriam didn't want Robert to run for another term of presidency.

• The title is a reference to “What Is the Third Estate?”. The third estate consisted of the working class.
