Weecha Xiu is a character on The Blacklist.
Background[]
Weecha Xiu is Raymond Reddington's new bodyguard after Dembe Zuma joined the FBI. She is a skilled fighter showing a proficiency in hand to hand combat and gun proficiency. Like Dembe, she accompanies Reddington and gives advice. She's always shown wearing a wireless earbud.
Season 9[]
”The Skinner”[]
Weecha is introduced during Harold Cooper's excursion in Cuba to find Reddington, as Weecha and her sister Mierce have taken Dembe's place at Red's side. Weecha provides the physical protection for Red.
”The Skinner: Conclusion”[]
Dembe wants to teach Weecha more about Reddington where she promptly rejects his offer saying that she knows what he likes and dislikes.
”The SPK”[]
Weecha kills members of the SPK. Later on she notices Raymond's nervousness as he prepares to meet Agnes Keen for the first time in 2 years.
”The Avenging Angel”[]
Weecha and Reddington manage to get the attention of the Avenging Angel. They go to the meeting address, and are searched. The guards take Weecha's 2 guns and 2 knives, but Reddington warns them they are forgetting her fists. Weecha attack and knocks down her assailants under the gaze of Reddington.

Weecha accompanies Reddington meets Jovan Lovic and his 2 bodyguards. Weecha quickly draws her 2 weapons and aims at them. Jovan, to calms things down, tells his men to back off. Weecha lowers her weapons, but keeps one in her hand.
Reddington and Weecha know they are being followed. He serves as bait and then Weecha takes care of disarming the man, Vasco, one of Lovic's bodyguards. He will be questioned by Geoffrey Brimley who is subbing in for his parents. Reddington explains to Weecha that his father,Teddy Brimley extracts information out of people.
They learn from Vasco that Jovan ordered Dembe's execution. The criminal silently ponders what to do. She reminds him that there are rules and that if he tries to help Dembe it could be fatal for him. Reddington cares little for Jovan, but more for his former sidekick. Weecha insists that her job is to protect him and it is not possible if he himself is not careful or sacrifices himself for Dembe. Before he was able to, but now Dembe has chosen the FBI. This is the consequence, and he must accept it. After these words, Red suddenly gets up and walks away without a word.
Reddington doesn't listen to Weecha and uses Vasco to attract his friend, Sima. Once he finishes the phone call, she suffocates him with a plastic bag. Sima is also killed to protect Dembe from Jovan's threat. However, Reddington asks Dembe to do the same for him and finish off Jovan to protect him. As Dembe refuses, since he is now an agent, Weecha kills Jovan with a silencer and then phones Red to tell him it's done. He sadly asks her to come home.

Weecha observes Red in his old apartment as he grabs the famous letter. He explains it was to be given to Liz after his death and it will explain the whole truth to Elizabeth and that Dembe was to give it to her only after his death.
Red introduces her to Vlad Cvetko, a forensic scientist. Weecha states that she has a severed finger at home, and that she would like to know who it belongs to.

Mierce decides to leave but Weecha will stay by the Reddington's side. Weecha thinks her sister will come back to him when he's finished investigating Liz's death.
”Boukman Baptiste”[]
Weecha buys a bouquet of roses every week and sends a few photos of them to Mierce and depending on the state of the flowers, Mierce will know what Raymond's mental state is. When Marvin Gerard sees Weecha coming out of the RV's only bedroom, he doesn't understand, believing the criminal was with the sister. He replies that he and she are roommates, the bed is much more comfortable than the sofa. He offered her the bed, as a gentleman, and she, being a lady, invited him to join her.
Weecha and a team of Red infiltrate a building in order to free Dembe and his daughter. The woman slits a guard's throat as she comes up from behind. Dembe is released, but he gave names from Reddington's organization to Boukman Baptiste. Like a good FBI agent, he wants to arrest her. Weecha, she does not take any risks, kills Boukman Baptiste in front of him and takes his phone to trace the last calls and plug the leak of information as quickly as possible. She tells him that Reddington wants to see him, as soon as possible.

Weecha welcomes Aram to the motorhome. she tells him that Reddington is in a bad mood. Apparently, the readings of the roses mean ambiguity. It is confirmed by Aram who has good and bad news for the criminal.

In their motorhome, Reddington discusses with Weecha wanting to know if his sister Mierce intends to come back to him one day. later Reddington goes to a funeral and finds Cassandra there. Bothof them tell her of the disappearance of a priceless necklace but Weecha points out to them that if it is a ruby necklace, it is on the widow's neck.

Weecha assists Reddington in his research on the device ingested by Liz.
”Andrew Kennison”[]
Reddington gets closer to the one who designed the device found in Elisabeth a Andrew Kennison. Weecha notices the rage in Reddington and fears what he will do. once they have found Andrew Kennison Weecha prevents Reddington from killing him, reminding him of what they are there for answers.
”Helen Maghi”[]
Reddington and Weecha break into Reginald Cole's office hoping to find clues that have escaped the FBI. Weecha finds a key that Reddington immediately recognizes, that of a Caelum Bank vault. later on Weecha takes the initiative to bring a guy who can bring information to Reddington about Helen Maghi. Reddington sadly confesses to Weecha that he misses Mierce.
”El Conejo”[]
In Montenegro, Red explains to Weecha that no one knew of the existence of the place where they are. With Brimley having no results with the suspect, the Weecha offers to question him. Weecha suggests to him that he might know the answer through the DVDs recorded Readdington finds the Safe has not been opened but it has been exchanged. Weecha is massage Brimley's buttocks with sciatica. later Weecha brings Raymond the only man capable of having reproduced his Safe identically.
”Laszlo Jankowics”[]
Reddington is overwhelmed seeing Mr Kaplan again. Realizing this, Weecha asks him to stay in the car, Weecha , Morgan and a team enter the building, few moments later it explodes

Weecha wakes up 4 days after the warehouse explosion.

Weecha recovers quickly and after a week wants to work again despite her arm in a sling, Reddington refuses to let her, but she follows him .She uses her car to stop FBI in order to recover Heddie who is under their protection. At Reddington 's request she pretends to kill her in order to gain Marvin Gerard's confidence, but he senses the threat and sets up a sniper ready to shoot Mierce if Reddington doesn't let him go. Weecha, furious, punches Marvin in the throat before Reddington stops her from killing him or Mierce dies. Marvin goes, and then Weecha collapses, and goes unconscious.
