###A: Ressler went to Wing Yee to find Liz and Tom, but instead found Solomon. Ressler took advantage of the situation and arrested Solomon. By bringing in Solomon, Ressler hoped to expose the Cabal and exonerate Liz.

Therefore, he can relate to her in terms of being betrayed by the people they trusted.
